Returns & Exchanges

At Wall Art, we want you to love your new space; if your piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure the artwork remains protected during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Artwork

  Carefully repack the art in its original box with all protective corner guards and foam inserts to prevent damage during shipping.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our gallery team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
